Gary D. Moore is a professional certified agent as well as President and Founder of Moore Management & Entertainment, LLC (MME). He did his undergraduate work at Virginia Commonwealth University and later earned his spot as Director of Procurement and Managing Director of the Hampton University Convocation Center in Hampton, Virginia. After his ten-year career as a supervisor and director there, Gary decided it was time for a change of scenery and career and moved to Philadelphia. He served as Personal Manager to Allen Iverson during his NBA career, where he often worked directly with Leon Rose on contract negotiations and endorsements.

His passion has always been working with young people and aiding in their plight to adulthood. In 1984 Moore's life would change. Following in a tradition set by his father he became coach in the youth football program in the community where he grew up. The football field was only the beginning of a bond that he would share with many of the neighborhood's youth. One of the most well known young people Gary met was a 9-year old named Allen Iverson. Gary and Allen connected instantly and became his mentor guiding him through middle, high school, college and his professional career.

Gary is seasoned veteran in the world of sports and in August of 2010 became certified as an agent through the National Basketball Players Association. Gary created the vision for MME to specialize in the procurement of employment and endorsement opportunities for their clients. MME offers their clients personalized services and maintain good working relationships in the sports and entertainment industry that will help maximize their opportunities and help build careers. In addition to empowering his clients with the keys to success, Moore is a regular contributor to the Peninsula Community Foundation, Scholarship Endowment Programs for Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU's) and mentoring programs throughout the nation. He recently joined forces with the producers of MGM's hit movie Barbershop to create the ultimate documentary entitled, "IVERSON". As Executive Producer, Moore tells how he witnessed the phenomenal rise from a childhood of crushing poverty to the heights of international acclaim for Allen Iverson. It's an incredible journey through the heart of darkness where even spectacular success offered no protection against those demons of the past.
